While tearing down a shed in the back yard, we overturned a board and found a huge bees nest. We hosed it, smoked it, and hit it with a shovel but the bees are still there. How can I get rid of them without having to pay someone money I can't afford? PS: We have lots of flowering bushes!

You can use Acephate (a product such as Orthene), according to label directions, directly on the nest.
