The leaves on my Hydranga Tree are turning yellow. What would do this?

Hydrangeas shed their oldest leaves in favor of growing healthy new leaves. If the yellowing leaves are scattered throughout the plant, it is normal and natural and nothing to be alarmed about. New leaves will grow in their places in a few short weeks.
