Moths lay eggs and the eggs turn into larvae which are now feeding on your Snow on the Mountain. When they've eaten all they can they will pupate in the soil and turn into moths. You can control the caterpillars with Dipel or Thuricide. When I answered your question the first time I was hoping they'd turn into pretty butterflies. How disappointing. |
