I have a new fuji apple tree.Does it need another apple nearby?If so, does it have to be another Fuji and can it be the same kind or do I have to find one that is of another genus?

You will need a second apple cultivar to pollinate your Fuji apple. Choose an early blooming tree such as Jonagold, Gala, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, Braeburn, York, or Rome. Both trees will bear heavy crops for you. Enjoy!
