Uh Oh! What you describe sounds like a fungal disease called powdery mildew. You may be able to save your squash if you cut off any infected leaves. If the disease hasn't gotten to the entire plant, it may survive. To reduce additional infections, avoid overhead watering to help reduce the relative humidity. I hope your plant makes it, but if not, be sure to remove and destroy all infected plant parts (leaves, etc.). |
