I want to plant peach seeds from peaches I bought at farmers market. Do I need to dry them first or just plant in potting soil until the seed sprouts and plant this fall?

You don't need to dry the seeds. You can just plant them in potting soil. They can take a year to germinate, though, because the outer covering of the seed is very hard.
