Knock Out Roses are usually insect pest and disease free but there's always the chance that these are present on your plant. Overwatering can cause yellowing leaves, too so you'll need to carefully inspect your plant for signs of insects or diseases. If you find anything suspect, use the neem oil based Rose Defense. It will take care of those problems. If the plant looks free of diseases or insects, the yellowing leaves are probably from overly wet soils.
