Geraniums are subject to root and stem rots if the soil remains too wet and/or they have been planted too deeply. If yours is wilting you might want to investigate the soil's moisture by digging into the soil around the stem of the plant. If you find damage on the stem or within the root system you may want to pull the plant before the fungus spreads to your other geraniums.
