In doin research, I just found out that I have broccoli that has found its way in my flower box and gone to seed. Not sure where it came from as I have planted brussle sprouts over in my veggie garden. Anyway, just wondering if the seed pods produced are ok for planting in my veggie garden to eat.

Broccoli is broccoli, no matter how it came to grow in your flower box. I suspect a bird dropped a seed into the soil. How lucky is that?? Go ahead and harvest the seeds and plant them in your garden. I'm sure they will grow delicious broccoli and the broccoli will be safe to eat. Enjoy!
