I'm growing jalapeno peppers and serano chiles. Which is hotter?

According to the chile pepper experts, your Serrano rates higher on the heat scale than your jalapeno. Serrano measures 8,000 ~ 22,000 Scoville Heat Units and Jalapeno measures 2,500 ~ 8,000. Enjoy your peppers!
