My daylilies have brown leaves, they flower ok, but they look terrible. They sit right next to the electric station that powers the area.

I suspect the hot area generated near the plant is what's responsible for the browning foliage. If you can't block the heat with a decorative stone or other garden artwork you might want to move your daylily so it can show off its nice green foliage.
