|Lots of fungal diseases can cause brown spots on the leaves of your hydrangea, as can sunscald if your hydrangea is in full sunshine. Even morning sun can be strong enough to cause sunburn, especially if droplets of water are on the leaves when the sun is out. Rather than guess at the problem here's a publication with photos of the various fungal leaf spots. Once you determine which disease is the problem you can treat with one of the recommendations in the publication. Best wishes with your hydrangea! http://www.aces.edu/pubs/docs/...
