the person taking care of my italina cypress trees and over watered them and they have turned yellow, can they be saved? if so how do i save them?

The cypresses may recover if you are careful with watering, but usually by the time the foliage turns yellow the roots have already died or are in the process of dying. You can only wait and hope that they will recover. I hope they do!
