Most ornamental grasses are deciduous but there are a few that remain evergreen. They include Acorus, Anemanthele, Carex, Cortaderia, Festuca, Juncus, Mondo,
Helictotrichon, Liriope, Luzula, Nasella and Stipa. Liriope and Mondo grasses spread by runners. Ornamental grasses appreciate frequent watering and a spring application of nitrogen fertilizer. Best wishes with your new plants.
