Tomato blight is really difficult to control once it sets in but you might be able to save your plant with applications of fungicide. Seranade, Daconil, Bravo, Echo, or Kocide are fungicides registered for use on tomato plants and should be reapplied every 7-10 days so be sure to follow label directions. Good luck with your tomatoes.
