I bought some of these plants 2 years ago. They never bloomed last year or this year. What do I need to do to get them to bloom?

Full sunshine and early spring pruning should help them flower. They really like hot weather and flower best when the soil is on the dry side. There's not much else you can do to encourage flowering so I hope the flower nicely for you later this summer.
