I have yellow yarrow and a Passiflora vine both in the same garden area and neither one will flower. I fertilize every other week with Miracle Grow. Is there a problem with the soil??

If both are getting adequate sunshine I think you are treating them too well by feeding regularly with Miracle Gro. It's a terrific product, but yarrow flowers best without fertilizer and passionflower will respond to fertilizer applications by growing lots of stems and leaves, but no flowers. Hold off on the fertilizer applications near those two plants and I think you'll see a big difference in their ability to flower. Enjoy your garden!
