I live in southern nevada.I would like to know when the best time to water my garden? a.m. or p.m. thank you

It's best to water plants in the early morning. Not only does it prepare them for the long hot day ahead, watering in the morning allows the foliage to dry off before nightfall so fungal diseases won't have a chance to set in. I'd water in the morning.
