Think I may have overwatered my snake plants the long leaves are dropping. how do I repot/plant. Do they grow from the leaves?

You should be able to slip the plant out of the pot, brush away most of the old soil and repot it in fresh potting soil. If you find the roots are mushy, prune the mushy parts away and replant the healthy part of the root system. You can get a healthy leaf to root but if the leaves are drooping, they may not root. You can try, though. Just cut a 3-4 inch leaf tip, dip the cut end in rooting hormone and set it in a container of moistened potting soil. With any luck it will root and you'll have a new plant. Hope it works for you!
