Your Forever Summer hydrangea will produce flowers on new growth so cutting off the spent flowers along with some of the stem will encourage new growth and new flowers. Just cut the stems down to a pair of leaves. You should get two new flowering stems just below the pruning cut. Best wishes with your garden!
