Hi, I have several rose bushes that have brown, curled and drooping leaves on them. It has been dry and windy here in New Mexico so I'm wondering if that could be a factor. I hope you can help me. Thanks!

I suspect you're right. Hot weather, especially hot winds, can dessicate the tender leaves of rose bushes. I wouldn't do anything at this time. Wait until late summer to prune away the dead stems and leaves. New growth should appear within a week or two of pruning. (If you prune now, the hot weather will kill the leaves again, so just wait until the temperatures cool down before pruning.) Good luck with your roses.
