|If I put a net(size 3/4 inch square) over my tomatoes will the bees still get in to pollinate the flowers? I had to do this because of the squirrels

|Insects should still be able to get through the netting to access the flowers. Tomato plants can also be wind-pollinated. Try tapping on the branches with open flowers to dislodge the pollen so it falls on the female parts of the flower. I'm sure you'll get fruit from your tomato plants. Enjoy!
