A lot of our plants leaves,from roses to morning glories, have holes eaten in them, how and with what can this be stopped?

This is high season for Japanese beetles so you'll want to check your plants several times a day to see if you can catch the critters in the act of feeding. If so, you can use a neem oil based product such as Rose Defense. Be sure to apply according to label directions.
