i have a problem with some pests bothering my tomato plants, it looks like a very little worm is there anything i could put on the plants to kill the pests and also not hurt the tomatos?

The best defense against fruit worms is Bt (bacillus thuringensis) which is sold as Thuricide or Dipel. It targets only caterpillars and is safe to use on your tomato plants. Hope you have a great harvest!
