What is the best plant or shrub that grows at least 6 to 7 feet tall; to use as a hedge around the inside of chain link fence line in order to obtain privacy? Zone 9 zipcode 33875

Lots of possibilities come to mind: Eugenia, Viburnum, Podocarpus, Sea Grape and Jamaican caper (Capparis cynophallophora). It has lovely, lightly fragrant flowers, colorful seeds when they open, lovely leaves, never needs pruning since it has a pyramidal habit. It's native, no pests, doesn't need to be fertilized or fussed with once established. The Univ. of Miami has some as hedges around their parking lots and they look fantastic!
