Some type of pest seems to be nibbling on our showy neon sedum...What can I do to correct this problem? |
Aphids, thrips, weevils and slugs/snails like to feed on sedum. Weevils produce C-shaped notches on the leaves. Weevils leave the most obvious damage to the leaves of sedum and if they are around, you'll find their white larvae in the mulch or the top layer of soil around the plants. Orthene or other products containing Acephate are registered for use against weevils on sedum. Best wishes with your garden! |
