I have a raised (3 ft raised) flower bed facing the south measuring 3 ft wide x 30 ft. in length. It backs up to a privacy fence. Can you please suggest a diagram using all annuals?

The best garden designs are those that include your favorite plants and favorite colors. Annuals and perennials look best when they are grouped together or massed together and the general rule of thumb is to put the largest plants in the back of the bed and the smallest in the front. Oklahoma State University has a nice publication listing the best annuals for your region, along with growing preferences. I hope you find it helpful in your design: http://pods.dasnr.okstate.edu/...

Best wishes with your new garden!
