I planted 2 HD Knock Out Roses and 2 Sunblaze miniature roses. I've watered them daily, added a bit of lime[ since their planted near an evrgreen] and fertilized.
But no roses! Help.

If you've recently planted your roses they may be taking their time establishing their root systems rather than flowering. It can take 3-4 weeks for roses to settle into their new homes. Roses flower best in full sunshine and will flower on new growth. If you don't see any hint of flowering 3-4 weeks after planting, try pruning them back a bit to encourage new growth. They should flower a few weeks after pruning, as long as they are getting adequate sunshine. Hope this helps!
