Sunpatiens flower on new growth so to encourage new growth all you need to do is pinch or trim off the very tip of each stem. This will force new growth below the pinch and new flowers should also develop. Don't be afraid to pinch out the growing tips of your annuals and perennials. Pinching usually results in 2 or more new stems which can double the amount of flowers you see. Enjoy your garden! |
