What product would you recommend if you want to spread soil and grass seed in one application?

Since grass seeds need light in order to germinate I wouldn't recommend mixing them with topsoil, which will bury the seeds. Instead, prepare the planting area by mixing compost into your soil or top soil, then mixing the grass seeds into peatmoss or builder's sand and spreading that mixture on top of your prepared soil. Keep it watered well and the grass seeds will germinate in 7-10 days. Hope this information is helpful!
