It's unusual to have totally white leaves on an ivy geranium but the coloration is genetic so it doesn't mean your plant is unhealthy. As the leaves mature you should see more green developing in them. The more shade your plant receives, the larger and greener the leaves will be; the more sun it receives, the smaller and paler the leaves will be. You might try moving it to a spot with morning sun and afternoon shade to see how it reacts. I think you'll find the foliage will be more variegated with less white showing. Enjoy your garden!
