Best time to sow Bermuda seed and Fescue?

You can sow your grass seeds now, as long as you cover them with a thin layer of compost or peat moss to help keep the seed bed moist. Water several times a day so the seeds never dry out and they will sprout in 7-10 days. Good luck with your new lawn.
