Can a corn plant be air layered or re-rooted form the stalk

Your corn plant (dracaena) can be air layered but it's much easier to simply cut the bare stalk at the height you want new growth to be generated. Two or three new stems will develop on the stem just below the pruning cut. You can also root the top of the plant (use moist potting soil). This way you'll have two corn plants instead of one leggy one.
