How do you preserve ( Just about ripe peaches) that fell off of the tree during a storm. They are about 2 weeks away from being ripe. Thank you leon

You can ripen peaches by setting them in a paper bag with an apple. I lay them out in a single layer, put an apple in with them and close up the bag. Check them in the morning. If they aren't ripe, close the bag up again and check them the following morning. The peaches can ripen in a hurry so don't forget to check them!
