Can I start plants from my existing potato vine? Root them in water?

I think it's worth a try! In fact, try rooting a few cuttings in plain water and a few in moistened potting soil. I'd dip the cut ends in rooting hormone before placing them in potting soil. Hope you get lots of new starts from your potato vine!
