Planting flowers and plants - Knowledgebase Question

I used Orth Season-Long Max plus Preventer (ready to use) to kill grass/weeds where I want to plant flowers and other plants. How long should I wait before planting, so the Ortho doesn't kill what I plant? Also, do I need to dig up the dead grass/sod before I plant, or can I just pour rocks over the area and start planting? Thank you.

The label will indicate any waiting period so check the fine print. What you have applied will stop seeds from germinating but should not harm plants with healthy root systems. Still, it's best to double check the label just to make sure.

I'd dig out the dead grass and weeds prior to planting. Enjoy your landscape!
