Pensacola Fl., Fl
I have StAugistine grass, very healthy but some weeds with little white flowers and it runs on top of the grass in a bunch. Can I treat in this hot weather without killing grass? Thanks |

You're right - it's risky to use weed killers in the summer heat. I can't identify the weed from your description but it sounds like a broadleaf weed of some sort so you may be able to spot spray the weed with a product that contains 2,4-D. I'd pull it out for now and wait until this fall or winter to use a weed killer. Good luck with your lawn! |
