I'm confused about something. I thought that my Mughos should have candles on them by now. I'm anxious for that because thats when we can trim mughos.
Why don't they have candles yet? Has it been too hot or dry?
Can I expect them later on?
Thanks, Dorian

Don't be confused! Mugo pines do develop candles this time of year. I'm not sure why yours are not showing new growth yet. I'd just wait patiently - as soon as the weather suits them, they'll put out new growth. Best wishes with your garden!
