|i have a luna hibiscus which is healthy and growing and blooming. i remove the wilted blooms daily by pulling them off. should i be cutting them off the stem, and if so, where do i make the cut?

|Pulling off the faded flowers will help keep your hibiscus looking neat and attractive and will help promote additional flowers. You don't need to shorten the stems during the process, nor do you really need to deadhead (hibiscus are considered self-cleaning) but you certainly can. I just leave mine alone and they seem to get along just fine. Best wishes with your garden!
