After you pick your beets from the garden, what is the best way to get the hard outer shell off the beet so you can eat them?
Thank you,

I use a vegetable peeler but you could use a paring knife. Or, you can bake or boil your beets and the outer skin will peel off easily with your fingers. Enjoy your beets!
