A complete fertilizer such as Triple Ten or 13-13-13 can be applied now, in August. This will give you a lush green lawn for the rest of the summer. In October, feed again with a "winterizer" type fertilizer to help keep your lawn healthy all winter. Best wishes with your lawn!
