Do I nick and soak your seeds overnight before planting as I have read on other seeds?

Germination will be faster if you carefully chip the seeds and then soak in warm water for 24 hours prior to planting. Seeds of morning glories need to be planted in warm soils. If you're starting the seeds indoors, provide bottom heat of 70F - 85F degrees. Your seeds should germinate in 5-21 days.
