I can't remember when I put the bean's in the ground, now my soybean's are thriving but I don't know when to pick them. The pod's are still quite fuzzy.

Soybeans can be used either green or dried. You can harvest when the pods are plump, for green beans, or wait until the plant begins to dry, and harvest mature beans.
To determine ripeness, feel the beans inside the pods. They should be firm but not hard. The soybean pods will be green, rough, fuzzy and plump.

Hope this information helps.
