Cilantro is a cool season crop so I'd wait another 2-3 weeks before sowing seeds. If you purchase a package of seeds and sow a few seeds every 2 weeks, you'll have a continuous supply of cilantro until your first frost of the season. You can save the rest of the seeds and sow them at two week intervals beginning next spring. Most heat loving herbs (parsley, tarragon, rosemary, etc.) can be sown now. Basil, cilantro and other cool season herbs should be sown the last week of August. Good luck with your herbs!
