| I noticed this spring that many of the bulb's I planted were coming out of the ground. Did all the rain we had make them heave? I have tried to re-bury some but the rest I am just covering with more dirt. Will this help?

|Heavy rains can make soil heave but so can the regular freeze and thaw cycles of winter/spring weather. In general, bulbs should be planted twice as deep as they are wide. Adding soil on top of the bulbs will certainly cover them and as long as you don't add too thick a layer, it would be the same as actually replanting them. Hope they don't come to the surface again!
