Grass fungus - Knowledgebase Question

We have circles of grass fungus in our front yard. We have triied about everything on it but it still continues to spread. Do you know any solution??

Lawns can develop all kinds of fungal diseases but they seem to be worse on lawns that are struggling so the best defense is to feed, mow and water your lawn on a regular schedule to promote a lush, thick turf. Dethatching and/or aerating can also help. A fungicide application will usually help, depending upon the type of disease your lawn has developed. Try taking a sample of the affected turf to your local cooperative extension office for positive identification and recommended control measures. You can also visit the following university website for descriptions and photos of the most common fungal diseases of lawns. Hope you find it helpful:
