Is it too late to prune bushes and trees? When is the best time to prune Apple Trees, Lilac bushes and Magnolia Bushes?

Apple trees are typically pruned in the winter months; lilacs and magnolias immediately after they have finished flowering. If you prune now you may lose the flowers next year on your lilac and magnolia. If you prune apple trees now you'll encourage suckering growth (non-productive upright shoots). I'd wait to prune.
