I was wondering what I could plant in my flower bed that will get to be about 2'-3' tall, look pretty in all seasons(evergreen), and bloom. Maybe some type of shrub. I already have a few dwarf Rhododendrons and they work well but was looking for something either continuos bloom or maybe late summer blooming. Any ideas?

If it's a sunny spot, how about growing heather? Mine flower 3-4 times a year and look terrific in the garden. Just shear them back after each flush of bloom and you'll keep them thick and compact and you'll promote flowering every 3-4 months.
