I came home and plant the flower pot in a clay pot with all purpose soil. On a sunny spot. Now the plant does not grow, the leaves fade and the flowers burn.

Since your plant is new, it is probably going through a stressful period as it adjusts to its new home. As soon as the roots establish themselves you should see some new growth. To keep the flowers and leaves from burning, set your plant in a place that gets morning sun and afternoon shade. In a few weeks, after you see new growth developing, you can gradually move it back into a full sun position. Best wishes with your rudbeckia!
