I have a pink hydranga that bloomed awesome this year finally after 3 years. it was about $29 at home depot. All of the pink flowers have faded but are still on plant. Should i cut them off or not. Thank you. |
Yea! for your hydrangea. I'm glad it finally is beginning to perform for you! You can prune off the faded flowers if you don't like them on your shrub, or you can leave them on the plant. I prefer to cut them off, along with some of the stem. This way the stems won't droop under the weight of the flowers, especially if the flowers get wet - they can get really heavy. Enjoy your hydrangea! |
